IntegraatioFest eli aikasemmin Fysikerfest on vuodesta 2000 asti
järjestetty fysiikan ja nykyään myös matematiikan opiskelijoille
suunnattu opiskelijakonferenssi. Festit järjestetään vuosittain eri
kaupungissa ja tänä vuonna on Helsingin vuoro! Siispä Matrix ja
Resonanssi toivottavat sinut tervetulleeksi IntegraatioFesteille
Helsinkiin 12. – 14.11.2021.

Festit sisältävät monenlaista ohjelmaa, kuten luentoja, excuja,
PLANCKS-fysiikkakilpailu, IMC-matematiikkakilpailu sekä iltaohjelmaa,
kuten sitsit Suomenlinnassa ja saunailta Käärmeenpesässä! Lisäksi
festit ovat oiva mahdollisuus tutustua matemaatikkoihin ja
fyysikkoihin joka puolelta Suomea!

Festien osallistumismaksu on 10€ ja tämän lisäksi voit osallistua
sitseille Suomenlinnaan 10€ hintaan. Jos et halua mukaan sitseille,
samaan aikaan järjestetään myös korvaavaa toimintaa. Hostellimajoitus kustantaa 20€/hlö/2 yötä.

Meille on varattu 20 paikkaa, mutta varasijoille voi myös
ilmoittautua. Ilmoittautumisen päätyttyä osallistujamääriä saatetaan
muokata, jolloin varasijoilla oleville saattaa vapautua lisää
paikkoja. Ilmoittautumislomakkeessa voit ilmoittaa, mikäli haluat
osallistua PLANCKS- tai IMC-karsintoihin. PLANCKS (Physics League
Across Numerous Countries for Kick-ass Students) on kansainvälinen
fysiikkakilpailu ja IMC (International Mathematics Competition for
University Students) puolestaan kansainvälinen matematiikkakilpailu.
Lisätietoa näistä voit etsiä esim. Googlesta. Ilmoittautumisessa
kartoitetaan myös halukkaita posterisessioon. Posterisessioon
osallistuminen tarkoittaa sitä, että teet tieteellisen julisteen
haluamastasi aiheesta ja esittelet posterisi IntegraatioFesteillä.

Majoituksen ja ohjelman maksupuoli hoidetaan Epsilonin kautta ilmoittautumisen sulkeuduttua. Kyydi Helsinkiin ja takaisin järjestyy omakustanteisesti (esim. juna Jns-Hki/Hki-Jns, n. 18€ suunta opiskelijahintaan)

IntegraatioFest, earlier FysikerFest, is a physics and mathematics
student conference, that has been arranged since 2000! The
IntegraatioFest or "festit" happen in a different city every year and
now it it Helsinki's turn. So Matrix and Resonanssi warmly welcome you
to the IntegraatioFest on 12.11.-14.11.2021.

There is a lot of different kind of programme, like lectures,
excursions, PLANCKS-physics contest, IMC mathematics contest and also
some evening activities, like sitsit in Suomenlinna and sauna evening.
This is also a wonderful chance to get to know mathematicians and
physicist all over Finland!

The cost of the conference weekend is 10€ and an additional 10€ if you
want to join the sitsit (academic table party). If you don't want to
join the sitsit, there will be other activity during the same time, so
don't worry. Hostel costs 20€ / person / 2 nights.

There are 20 spots available for us, but you can also sign up even if
the event is full. If there are lot of free spots, we might be able to
take more than 20. In the sign up, you can specify if you want to join
the PLANCKS or IMC competition. PLANCKS (Physics League Across
Numerous Countries for Kick-ass Students) is an international
competition for physics students and IMC (International Mathematics
Competition for University Students) is one for mathematics students.
You can find more info about these by googling. In the sign up, we
will also ask if you want to join the poster session. This means that
if you want to join, you will make a scientific poster about a subject
of your choosing and will present the poster to others at
IntegraatioFest.
