Board game evenings at BarPlay
The new academic year has begun, and so will begin Epsilon ry's monthly board game evenings! This autumn the board game evenings will be done in co-operation with Bar Play. There will be a selection of games at the event, but you can also bring with you your own favourite games. And if you get hungry during the games, Bar Play offers members of Epsilon burgers at a special price (10€)! So head to Bar Play on Fridays 11.9., 2.10., 6.11. and 4.12. to play board games with your fellow Epsilons!
Please note that we will collect the names and contact info from attending people, so that, if necessary, the info can be passed on to health authorities for tracking of coronavirus.
Autumn trek to Koli 3.10.2020
It's time for the Epsilon's annual autumn trek! This year we will head to the National Park of Koli, where we can enjoy amazing landscapes while trekking through the beautiful nature.
The course we'll walk will be around 10 km long and the accurate route information will be announced soon. We will have a lunch break during the route.

Epsilon ry´s sauna evening, 19.3.2020 at 18-23
It´s time for Epsilon ry´s first sauna evening of the year again. Sauna evening is held on Thursday 19th of March at 6 pm at Suvas. Before the sauna evening you can join Epsilon ry´s sledding event at Kirkkopuisto at 4 pm.
As usual Epsilon will provide some food for you, so you have to bring your towel and refreshing drinks. We will also bring some games for you to play with.
The address of the sauna is Suvantokatu 6 and the entrance is in the inner court.

Epsilon ry sledding event 19.3.2020 at 16.00
It's again time to release your inner child, dig up your sleds and come sledding to Kirkkopuisto (the park behind the Lutheran church) on Thursday 19.3. at 16:00. Take some kind of a sled with you, but if don't have one, no worries, we will bring some ourselves for you to use. There will be hot chocolate at the event. After the sledding you can come to our sauna evening at Suvas. The sauna evening starts at 18:00.

"Vappu booze from Estonia" -cruise

It´s time for the annual VappuViinatVirosta-cruise again on April 5th-6th 2020! VappuViinatVirosta-cruise is a fun and easy way to both prepare yourself for the upcoming May Day (vappu) and to refill your drink stocks for May Day's happenings.
Collaborating with Epsilon ry on the cruise are Bunsen ry, Hyeena ry, Joensuun Metsäylioppilaat ry, Kotex ry, Poikkeus ry, Popsi ry, Serveri ry, Skripti ry and Sulo ry.
The trip starts in the morning on April 5th from Joensuu and Kuopio. The buses' estimated time of arrival in Helsinki is at 5 pm. The cruise ship Silja Europa leaves from the harbor at 6.30 pm. You can visit Tallinn on Monday April 6th from 8 am to 12 pm. The cruise ship leaves from Tallinn at 12.30 pm and arrives in Helsinki at 4 pm. The buses will head straight home from Helsinki.
The cruise costs 45€ for members of Epsilon and our collaboration student associations, and 50€ for other participants.
The price includes bus rides, the cruise in a B4 class cabin and a student overall badge. You can also buy a buffet dinner for 34€ and breakfast for 13€ in advance.
On the cruise ship purchasing Tax Free items is not limited, but we have some limitations for how much extra weight we can bring on the buses.
Registration for the cruise starts on February 14th, 2020 and ends on February 29th, 2020. There are a limited number of seats for the trip, so be quick to register in! The registration is binding. Registration for the cruise:

Board game evening with Skripti ry

Round two! Skripti together with Epsilon are organizing another board game evening for their members. If you are a member of Skripti or Epsilon and like playing games, grab your friends and head to Science Park!
Also, some snacks are offered at this event! If you want to enjoy beverages, please bring your own cup with you.
The board game evening is 6.3.2020 at the Science Park, classroom TB180. The event starts officially at 5 pm. If you own a special board game, that you would like to play, you are more than welcome to bring it with you. Some board games are of course offered by courtesy of Skripti and ISYY.
