Olemme lähettäneet risteilylle lähtijöille infokirjeen sähköpostilla. Infokirjeessä on linkki risteilyn Telegram-ryhmään, jossa tiedottaminen jatkossa tapahtuu. Jos et ole saanut infokirjettä, ota meihin yhteyttä sähköpostilla.


Tunnetko jo aaltojen keinutuksen? Haistatko ihanan suolaveden tuoksun? Kuulevatko korvasi laulavien lokkien sulosointuja? Tämä ei ole mikään ihme, sillä VappuViinatVirosta-risteily on tulossa jälleen! Risteily järjestetään 14.-15.4.2024, ja seilaamme tällä kertaa tuttua reittiä Helsingistä Tallinnaan, jossa on mahdollista käydä jaloittelemassa maissa klo 8-12 välillä.

Myynnissä on yksilölippuja, sekä neljän hengen hyttilippuja. Molemmat liput sisältävät risteilyn B4-luokan hytissä, bussikuljetukset, sekä haalarimerkin. Ruokailut myydään erikseen, eikä niitä ole pakko ostaa. Risteilyn ohjelman ja laivan aikataulut voit tarkistaa Silja Linen sivuilta. Risteily on 22h risteily Victoria laivalla. Huomioithan, että laivalla on muitakin matkustajia.

Hinnasto:
Epsilon ry:n jäsenille 68 € / hlö
Yhteistyöainejärjestöjen jäsenille 73 € / hlö
Muille 83 € / hlö

Ruokailujen hinnat ovat seuraavat:
-Meriaamiainen 19 €/hlö
-Illallisbuffet 41 €/hlö

Lippua ostaessasi tarvitset seuraavat tiedot jokaiselta matkustajalta:
-Nimi 
-Syntymäpäivä, 
-Sukupuoli
-Kansalaisuus
-Sähköposti
-Puhelinnumero, 
-Ainejärjestö, 
-Lähtö- ja paluupaikka bussikyytejä varten
-Monettako kertaa olet osallistumassa VappuViinatVirosta-risteilylle. 
Kysy nämä siis etukäteen kavereiltasi ostaessasi neljän hengen hyttiä!

Bussit lähtevät sunnuntaina 14.4. Joensuusta ja Kuopiosta aikaisin aamulla. Bussit lähtevät Helsingistä paluumatkalle laivan saavuttua satamaan klo 16 jälkeen, ja ovat takaisin Joensuussa / Kuopiossa maanantain ja tiistain välisenä yönä. Yksi bussi lähtee mahdollisesti Joensuusta ja kiertää Kuopion kautta meno- ja paluumatkalla.

Laivalla meno- ja paluumatkalla Tax Free -tuotteiden ostoa ei ole rajattu. Huomioithan kuitenkin, että paluumatkalla voit tuoda busseissa bussien kantokyvyn takia korkeintaan kaksi kappaletta 0,33 l x 24-päkkiä.

Ilmoittautuminen risteilylle alkaa 24.1 ja loppuu 7.2. Epsilon ry:n jäsenille ilmoittautuminen alkaa 19.1. Ilmoittautuminen risteilylle on sitova. Ostetun lipun tietoja on mahdollista muokata 7.2. asti, jonka jälkeen paikkaa ei voi myydä eteenpäin.

Tapahtumassa noudatetaan Epsilon ry:n turvallisemman tilan periaatteita. Lipun ostaessasi hyväksyt, että tietojasi käsitellään Epsilon ry:n tietosuojaselosteen mukaisesti.

HUOM! Matkalle tarvitset mukaan passin tai EU-henkilötodistuksen. Risteilyn ikäraja on 18-vuotta.

Do you already feel the rocking of the waves? Can you smell the delightful scent of sea salt? Are your ears tuned in to the sweet melodies of singing seagulls? This is no wonder, as the VappuViinatVirosta cruise is coming again! The cruise is scheduled for April 14th-15th, 2024, and this time, we will sail the familiar route from Helsinki to Tallinn, where you'll have the opportunity to go ashore between 8 am and 12 pm.

Individual tickets and four-person cabin tickets are available for purchase. Both tickets include the cruise in a B4-class cabin, bus transportation, and an overalls patch. Meals are sold separately and are optional. You can check the cruise program and ship schedules on Silja Line's website. The cruise is a 22-hour journey on the Victoria ship. Please note that there will be other passengers on board.

Pricing:
- Epsilon ry members: €68/person
- Members of cooperating student organizations: €73/person
- Others: €83/person

Meal prices are as follows:
- Sea Breakfast: €19/person
- Dinner Buffet: €41/person

NOTE!(Due to technical difficulties, we were unable to translate breakfast and dinner buffet into english on the form that you use to buy the ticket. Breakfast is "Aamiainen" and dinner is "Illallinen" in finnish. We apologize for the inconvinience.)

When purchasing a ticket, you will need the following information for each passenger:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Nationality
- Email
- Phone Number
- Student Organization
- Departure and return location for bus transportation
- How many times you have participated in the VappuViinatVirosta cruise

-Do you wish to be a bus coordinator

Please gather this information in advance when buying a four-person cabin!

Buses will depart on Sunday, April 14th, from Joensuu and Kuopio early in the morning. Buses will leave from Helsinki for the return journey after the ship arrives in the harbor, around 4 pm, and will be back in Joensuu/Kuopio on the night between Monday and Tuesday. One bus may possibly depart from Joensuu, passing through Kuopio on both the outbound and return journeys.

On the ship, there are no limitations for the purchase of Tax-Free items during the outbound and return journeys. However, please note that on the return journey, due to bus capacity, you can only bring a maximum of two 0.33-liter 24-packs.

Registration for the cruise starts on January 24th and ends on February 7th. For Epsilon ry members, registration starts on January 19th. Registration for the cruise is binding. Ticket details can be modified until February 7th, after which the seat cannot be resold.

The event will follow Epsilon ry's safer space -principles. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that your information will be handled according to Epsilon ry's privacy policy.

NOTE! For the trip, you will need to bring a passport or EU identity card. The age limit for the cruise is 18 years.
