LUMET Industrial Collaboration Day
UEF LUMET faculty is organising the LUMET Industrial Collaboration Day on Monday September 28, 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00 on both campuses (Kuopio and Joensuu).
This is a networking event where companies will present their activities and share their expectations for future talent. The event offers students an opportunity to connect with industry representatives, build valuable professional networks, and gain insights into the skills and competencies needed in working life, as well as future career opportunities. In addition, TEK and Loimu are organising workshops.
You are welcome to bring a poster showcasing your expertise. The poster can highlight, for example, your thesis work, internship experiences, project or course work, or any other skills that may be of interest to the companies and employers attending the event. You may also prepare the poster together with other students. The faculty will cover the printing costs of the poster, and more detailed instructions for preparing the poster will be sent as soon as possible after your registration. Please register quickly, so that we have time to print the poster!
